Alex McDowell – chair

Alex McDowell is group head of community development and growth at RNIB. Alex’s fundraising career has included roles in the higher education sector, direct marketing, and community fundraising as well as serving as head of legacies at the NSPCC.


Rob Cope – director

Rob has overseen a growing and vibrant consortium over the past five years, developing partnerships with government and the private sector. He was previously deputy director of marketing and communications at The Prince’s Trust, including the youth charity’s 30th birthday appeal. Rob is a board director of Relief International and a keen runner.


Emma Bockhop – membership & supporter development manager

Emma has worked at the consortium since the public launch of the campaign and over the years has worked in both marketing and membership roles.  Emma is responsible for recruiting new member charities to grow the size and diversity of the consortium, and for developing relationships with its key stakeholders. Previously, Emma worked in Individual Giving fundraising and she is originally from New Zealand.


Louise Pavoni – digital communications manager

Louise leads on Remember A Charity’s digital communications and strategy, working to raise our online profile and help make gifts in Wills a social norm. She manages the website and social media channels, digital advertising and delivers a range of online content. She studied History of Art at Goldsmiths and has previously worked in marketing and communications roles in the design industry. She is passionate about art and design.


Marta Montague – head of development

Marta has fifteen years’ experience in fundraising and sponsorship with not-for-profit organisations, including corporate partnerships, major donor fundraising, and special events. Marta is responsible for developing partner relationships with a main focus on the corporate sector. Originally from Poland, Marta enjoys outdoorsy activities with her two children, visiting galleries, cooking and baking.


Jasmine Hadi – team assistant 

Jasmine has over ten years’ experience in corporate and charity administrative roles, including the BBC and ActionAid. These have included supporting fundraising and marketing campaigns, events organisation and publicity and promotions. Recently, Jasmine spent three years teaching English to refugees and migrants in West London. She speaks French, German, Arabic and some Spanish and Jasmine is a volunteer for the Red Cross. She enjoys painting, music, travelling, theatre and world cinema.
