The mission of NPL is "To mobilise Black and Minority Ethnic communities and foster self-reliance in addressing the challenges of sexual health and HIV." NPL aims to empower communities to face up to the challenges of sexual health and the AIDS pandemic, and to mobilise support networks for people living with HIV/AIDS.
