The Grandparents' Association's (GPA) mission is to improve the lives of children, and we offer support for all grandparents in caring for, or maintaining contact with their grandchild. We are a national charity and run a range of services:
- information and advice line on 0845 4349585 (largely staffed by grandparent volunteers);
- welfare benefits advice line on 0844 3571033 (last year this unlocked 275k+ of benefits, and can help access other support such as grants and free holidays);
- help in setting up support groups;
- campaigning for the rights of grandparents.
We also have regionally based support services in Leeds, Camden and Portsmouth.
