We have been helping people in crisis for over 140 years, whoever and wherever they are. Across the world, we provide emergency supplies and medical assistance to those in need following conflict or natural disaster. We respond within hours and stay long afterwards to help communities recover and cope better in the future. In the UK, we help vulnerable people by providing medical equipment, transport and care in the home.
