Combat Stress provides effective clinical treatment and welfare support to veterans of the British Armed Forces and Merchant Navy who suffer from mental health problems attributable in whole or part to their service, in order to enable them to maximise their mental, physical and social capabilities.
Intervention is based on the assessed psychological, social and welfare needs of the individual. Using a multidisciplinary, holistic approach through short-term residential clinical treatment and support services in the community clinical interventions range from brief therapy to chronic disease management.
