Who can become a campaign supporter

The scheme is open to all Wills and probate solicitors who are members of the Law Society and other qualified Will-writing practitioners.  This includes advisers who are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Willwriters who are members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and legal professionals who are members of the Institute of Legal Executives.   Please note that solicitors will need to provide their Law Society roll number and other qualified Will-writing practitioners will need to provide proof that they have passed an examination in Wills as indicated in our definition of a Will-writing practitioner.
