Service descriptionOnline service that steps people through the process of writing their own Will. After stepping through the 9 sections, they download and print their own Will to be signed in the presence of witnesses. The service costs £24.95.

How does your service deal with complex estates (such as those with own business or property abroad, or a trust)?We support some of these items and not others. We can deal with some situations with overseas assets depending on the location, we handle some trusts e.g. lifetime interest trusts. Other trusts we do not handle, for example, an inheritance to a child with special needs.
Do you prompt your clients to consider leaving gifts to a charity? If so, how?Yes. We have a specific page within our service dedicated to leaving gifts to charities.
What provision does your service make for secure Will storage or future access?We allow the user to set up an account which they can access in the future in order to make updates to their Will. Each time an update is made, the Will must be downloaded and printed again. We do not store physical Wills, but do allow people to have an online version of their document for future updates. We do charge £9.95 a year, or multi-year bundles.

What formal protection have you got in place for your clients, e.g. liability insurance for will-writing or provision of legal advice, please specify level of coverage?We have general liability insurance as well as “errors and omissions” insurance.
Are you able to track impact and report on progress e.g. how many inquiries lead to Wills and how many include a charitable gift? How do you do it?Yes. We can run a data analysis on all charitable gifts prepared using our service, because we have a dedicated page within the service. We can run data analysis on this page.
How does your product deal with / identify complex Will structures e.g. where legacy is 2nd death contingent gift?Anybody prepares a distribution plan, and a backup plan. Any type of legacy can be in this backup alternate plan. It is a basic part of our service.
Are you able to determine customers demographic information e.g. an average age of your client?Gender and family status is required (marital status, children etc). Age is not a required piece of data in order to use our service, but many users do include this information.
If working with a partner charity, are you able to provide monthly activity reports?Yes we can.
