By working together, we've seen a sustained increase the number of people who include a charitable gift in their Will, from 11% in 2010 to 17% in 2019.

We work hard to create a favourable legacy market. We were instrumental in lobbying the government to scrap the proposed hike in probate fees and retain the current inheritance tax rate relief.
Our ambitious strategy focuses on generating significant legacy market growth and driving charitable Will-writing behaviour.
We aim to do this by focusing on three strategic pillars:

2. Ensuring professional advisors consistently mention the charitable option when advising clients.
