Dogs for Autism

Dogs for Autism exists to transform the lives of autistic people through the life-changing partnership of an assistance dog.
We are the only charity dedicated solely to training and providing assistance dogs, free of charge, to autistic individuals of any age, anywhere in the UK. Each dog is trained to support the unique needs of one person, helping to reduce anxiety, increase safety, and open up the world around them.
An assistance dog can be a powerful turning point for an autistic person, offering comfort, confidence and a gateway to greater independence and wellbeing. For many, it means being able to access education, take part in their community, or enjoy everyday life with less fear.
